Art Therapy

It is so important that we take time in our lives to reflect, explore our creativity and check in with our authentic selves. Everyone's creative process is unique to them and therefore no experience with art making is necessary for participating in art therapy. Just an openness to and curiosity with your creativity and intuition! Art therapy uses the creative process to support and invite balance to body, mind, and spirit. In session, you will be invited to develop goals and set intentions for your life, practice and develop coping skills, come to resolution with conflicts/issues in your world, and practice mindfulness.

 

My role as Art Therapist, will be to walk alongside you, mindfully witnessing your process, free of judgement. I invite you to collaborate with me as we discover insights into your world. Blessings for me as I witness you grow, develop new perceptions and welcome healing and wellness into your life.
